Drive revenue growth by
driving upselling and suggestive selling
to enhance guest experience and maximize profitability.
Maintain cost efficiency by achieving targeted COGS, labor percentages, and profitability goals.
Constantly monitor aggregator orders to ensure no disturbances and escalate if there are any issues
, optimizing performance and ensuring seamless service.
Check on all tables to ensure customer satisfaction
, swiftly addressing concerns to enhance the overall dining experience.
Address immediately any bottlenecks for team members that hinder their smooth functioning
, ensuring operational efficiency and a positive work environment.
Uphold brand standards, ensuring high-quality food, cleanliness, and outstanding service.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, including health, safety, and business requirements.
Develop and mentor restaurant team, fostering engagement and talent retention.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience managing an international casual dining restaurant
Previous UAE experience preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coach and inspire teams.
Good analytical skills, review sales, cost of goods sold, productivity, identify opportunities and take action.
