- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Create a customer-friendly atmosphere, address inquiries, and exceed customer expectations.
- Monitor sales, control costs, manage inventory, and optimize profitability.
- Supervise staff to ensure compliance with company standards while training, and mentoring them for high performance and career growth
- Ensure food safety, quality, compliance with health regulations and maintain brand standards.
