AL FARAH RESTAURANT Position Title: Restaurant Manager - Syrian and Lebanese Nationality only Employment Type: Full Time. Salary: Depending on experience Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Arabic cuisine Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Job Role: a~ Managing restaurant staff work schedules a~ Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained. a~ Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations. a~ Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service a~ Monitoring the restaurant cash flow and settling outstanding bills, opening and closing daily register a~ Training new employees as per their abilities and skills. a~ Inspecting the food and beverage stock level and restock them in a timely manner. a~ Ensuring customer satisfaction with all the services provided to them. a~ Reviewing customer surveys to suggesting, developing and implementing ways to improve customer service. a~ Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner. a~ Checking with the guest and making sure that they are getting served with the best quality food & service a~ Other duties and responsibilities related to the position. a~ Monitoring proper food cost at all time. a~ Minimizing wastage & spoilage. Requirements: A BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field Preferable A Prior work experience as a Restaurant Manager/ Supervisor A Positive attitude A EFS Certificate, HACCP preferable A Extensive demonstrated leadership skills. A Ability to maintain a positive work environment. A Strong organization and analytical skills A Customer-oriented individual and an outstanding problem-solver. A Excellent grooming standards.
