We are proud of our 481-room hotel (90 suites) overlooking the Trump Golf Course, within the DAMAC Hills Community in Dubai Land. To create many a memorable moment for our guests, we will have 4 F&B outlets - Fire Lake Grill restaurant, Hessa St. Kitchen- serving authentic Asian favourites a la carte, Hills Pool Deck and also Issei \xe2\x80\x93 a trendy Nikkei fusion restaurant & bar, at our rooftop. In addition to the above, we also have 4 meeting & event spaces and a busy in-room dining service.

Key Responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager:

\xc2\xb7Supports the smooth running of the restaurant and Food & Beverage department, where all aspects of the guest food & beverage service experience are delivered to the highest level.

\xc2\xb7Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries

\xc2\xb7Delivers on plans and objectives where food & beverage initiatives & hotel targets are achieved

\xc2\xb7Liaise and engage with Marketing to find the right promotions and activities for the restaurant

\xc2\xb7Manages the food & beverage team fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department

\xc2\xb7Responsible for the departmental budget, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained

\xc2\xb7Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders

\xc2\xb7Delivers effective training programmes that advance service standards, profitability and cost control

\xc2\xb7Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required

Requirements of the Restaurant Manager:

\xc2\xb7Proven experience in food & beverage service with excellent problem-solving capabilities

\xc2\xb7Excellent managerial skills with a hands-on approach, lead from front and lead-by-example work style

\xc2\xb7Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.

\xc2\xb7Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations

\xc2\xb7Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy

\xc2\xb7Experienced in using IT systems on various platforms

\xc2\xb7Familiarity with Open Table

\xc2\xb7Strong communication skills

\xc2\xb7UAE experience with standalone restaurants/branded hotel restaurants will be an added advantage.

\xc2\xb7Proven experience in overseeing the following Food & Beverage operations: Breakfast, All day dining, Meeting and events, and Room Service.
