Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager (RUSSIAN SPEAKER) at the Restaurant in Dubai. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for leading the team in achieving customer satisfaction, managing daily operations and finances, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring the quality of food and services provided. The Restaurant Manager will also act as a bridge between the restaurant staff and customers and provide quality services to all our clients.
Qualifications & Responsibilities
Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role
Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills, with fluency in Russian and English
Knowledge of various food and beverage industry regulations and practices, as well as experience in managing restaurant finances
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage time efficiently.
Effective problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Serve as the role model to the front-of-house team, always demonstrating the best possible level of customer service.
Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
Manages pricing and implements pricing strategies for restaurants\xe2\x80\x99 products or services.
Maintains high-quality service by enforcing the restaurant operation staff\xe2\x80\x99s customer service standards, analyzing, and resolving quality and customer service problems, and recommending system improvements.
Coordinate with the marketing team to create new ideas for promoting upcoming events, activities, and new dishes to be added to the menu.
Take charge of staff count control by working handy with HR in relation to recruitment, selection, orienting, and training employees to develop personal growth opportunities whilst developing strategies to improve overall quality and productivity and enforce company systems, policies, and procedures.
