A Michellin Restaurant in Dubai serving authentic Arabian flavors with a fusion of Emirati- Levantine dishes.

- Overseeing the overall day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Ensuring efficient customer service and maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of the dining experience.
- Train, and supervise a team of restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and BOH staff as necessary.
- Handle the schedule routine of all FOH staff considering the peak hours, season and restaurant operational hours with the number of staff.
- Be proactive in representing the restaurant to the clients \xe2\x80\x93 asking them for feedback, upselling, and making sure they have the best experience.
