An upscale burger boutique based in Dubai which mainly sells plant-based burgers
:
- Oversee and manage the overall operations of the upscale burger shop, ensuring seamless coordination between the front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH)
- Supervise and train FOH and BOH staff, ensuring they comply to company standards in customer service and food preparation, while promoting a positive work environment
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports for inventory, sales, schedules, and finances
- Enforce safety and cleanliness protocols, conducting inspections and corrective actions to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation
- Collaborate with the kitchen staffs, manage suppliers and inventory to maintain quality and financial targets
