Restaurant Manager (russian Speaker)

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager who is fluent in Russian language to manage our restaurant in a luxury hotel in Ras Al Khaima. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that customers receive top-notch service and that the restaurant meets its financial goals. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a restaurant and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. Accommodation, Transport and Meals provided. Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and budgeting
- Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to all hotel and restaurant policies and procedures
- Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant revenue and profitability
- Ensure all food and beverages are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary restaurant environment in compliance with all local health and safety regulations
- Build strong relationships with guests to enhance the overall guest experience and foster guest loyalty
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales and generate reports as needed for upper management
- Fluency in Russian language is a must
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations and management, including inventory control, budgeting, and staff management
- Familiarity with local health and safety regulations and compliance standards
