Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and passionate

Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager

to lead operations for our casual dining restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, customer-focused, and capable of managing day-to-day restaurant operations while maintaining high service and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction Lead, train, and motivate the service and kitchen teams Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards are consistently met Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally Monitor sales, costs, inventory, and wastage Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies Assist in staff scheduling, attendance, and performance monitoring Support the senior management in achieving operational and business targets

Requirements

Minimum

2-5 years of experience

in a similar role within casual dining or full-service restaurants Strong leadership and team management skills Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus, not mandatory) Knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and food safety Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to relocate to Dubai (for overseas candidates)
