Job Description
Job Title: Restaurant Manager Location: Bahrain Package: Negotiable Im currently supporting an amazing hotel group, with their search for a Restaurant Manager. This role would be positioned within one of their flagship venues, and heading up all FOH operations for an an incredibly boutique and luxury rooftop venue which operates on an all:day basis. The venue run daily business lunches, weekly brunches etc., and were looking for someone who has prior experience operating within luxury, high:end venues. This role will be reporting directly into the General Manager, and youll be part of a very intimate team : with the wider FOH team consisting of 10. Ideally, were looking for someone with a lot of personality and flair : someone WSET certified would be ideal too (as the beverage menus are carefully curated). Youll also need to be very commercially savvy : as this person will be expected to identify new revenue streams and partnership opportunities with the aim to drive new business and increase daily/weekly/monthly footfall. Candidates must have prior experience successfully managing/supervising FOH teams in the GCC region.
