We're Hiring: Restaurant Manager (Japanese Restaurant)
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team.
Requirements:
Proven experience in restaurant management (preferably in Japanese or fine dining cuisine).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage daily operations, staff training, and customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of Japanese dining culture is an advantage.
Russian-speaking candidates are preferred.
Based in UAE with transferable visa.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
Manage staff schedules, training, and performance.
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
Handle customer feedback and ensure guest satisfaction.
Monitor costs, stock, and overall profitability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
