Job description Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervises and optimizes the front and back of the house restaurant operation.
Oversees the preparation, presentation and service of Food and Beverage products to ensure the highest quality at all times.
Control operational costs and promote efficiency.
Control and analyze on an on-going tasks and/or projects.
Manage staff roster.
Establishes and maintains effective employee relations.
Develops formal training plans and conducts on-the-job training sessions for F&B employees.
Assists with the compilation of new menus and beverage lists.
Prepares weekly, monthly and annual financial reports.
Endeavor to expand the restaurant\xe2\x80\x99s reach through targeted promotions.

Requirements:

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
