Job description Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Supervises and optimizes the front and back of the house restaurant operation.
  • Oversees the preparation, presentation and service of Food and Beverage products to ensure the highest quality at all times.
  • Control operational costs and promote efficiency.
  • Control and analyze on an on-going tasks and/or projects.
  • Manage staff roster.
  • Establishes and maintains effective employee relations.
  • Develops formal training plans and conducts on-the-job training sessions for F&B employees.
  • Assists with the compilation of new menus and beverage lists.
  • Prepares weekly, monthly and annual financial reports.
  • Endeavor to expand the restaurant\xe2\x80\x99s reach through targeted promotions.
Requirements:
  • Work experience in the Food & Beverage - Managerial Level or similar role.
  • Foster positive customer relations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Applicant should be available in the UAE and can join immediately.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • English (Preferred)
