Job Details:
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management.
- Min. 2 years' experience in similar role with any Star Hotels / premium fine dining restaurants.
- Good Communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Experienced in all aspects of restaurant service with high end customer service.
- High degree of professionalism, sound human resources management capabilities, business acumen, energy and determination.
- Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
- Excellent leader and trainer with strong motivational skills.
