Location: Dubai, UAE
Reporting to: General Manager / Operations Director
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and ensure the seamless operation of our dining service. You will be the face of our venue, responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, driving profitability, and maintaining our high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule the front-of-house team.
- Manage guest relations, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards for service, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Control inventory, manage labor costs, and drive revenue to meet financial targets.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen and service coordination.
- Implement and uphold all health, safety, and sanitation policies.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume, premium establishment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent financial acumen (P&L management, budgeting, cost control).
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant management software (e.g., Micros, POS).
- Impeccable grooming and communication skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
