Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Cafe Manager at Roseleaf Cafe located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the cafe, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and a positive dining experience for our customers. This includes leading staff, implementing strategies to drive sales and profitability inventory control, ordering, rostering, and overseeing food and beverage preparation and service. The Manager will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean working environment, as well as ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. Qualifications
- Management Skills, \'lead from the front\' management and motivating teams
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Food & Beverage knowledge and experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Experience working with POS systems (Lightspeed), Digital menus (Opaala) and Accounting software (Xero)
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred however not a requirement
- Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience with customer relationship management software, knowledge of different cuisines and dietary restrictions.
