Responsibilities:
Establish recruitment objectives and strategies to meet restaurant hiring needs
Develop and implement effective employee onboarding processes
Create a welcoming and inclusive workplace culture
Develop strong working relationships with suppliers and vendors
Establish and maintain operational procedures for restaurant staff
Ensure complete compliance with all safety codes and regulations
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and operational reports
Monitor staffing levels to ensure optimal productivity
Address complaints and resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently
Oversee inventory management and creation of menus
Collaborate with marketing team to organize promotional activities

Qualifications:
