Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, organized, and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the restaurant\'s daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and reporting profitability. The successful candidate will have an expansive knowledge of the restaurant industry and experience in restaurant management.

- Develop and implement effective employee onboarding processes
- Create a welcoming and inclusive workplace culture
- Develop strong working relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Establish and maintain operational procedures for restaurant staff
- Ensure complete compliance with all safety codes and regulations
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and operational reports
- Monitor staffing levels to ensure optimal productivity
- Address complaints and resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently
- Oversee inventory management and creation of menus
- Collaborate with marketing team to organize promotional activities
- Analyze customer feedback to gain insights for improvement
- Proven restaurant management experience
- Knowledge and understanding of customer service best practices
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly spreadsheets
- Outstanding organizational, time management, and analytical skills
- Experience with restaurant POS systems
- Strong understanding of finance and profitability
- Ability to work long and flexible hours
