Job Summary: Looking for a Restaurant Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Oversee all the restaurant activities to ensure compliance with operations standards to increase sales
Employ and train staff members
Carry out market research and identify new opportunities
Attain growth and hit sales targets through successfully managing the restaurant team
Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands restaurant\'s customer base and ensure its strong presence
Make sure health and safety protocols are adhered to
Maintain a meticulous record of income and expenses
Request for ingredients in the correct quantities for the kitchen staff
Interact with customers to receive feedback and manage complaints
Carry out any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor\'s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or any relevant field
At least 1+ ears of experience working as restaurant manager, supervisor or similar position
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Must have excellent leadership and management skills
Must be a good problem solver
Should be able to multitask and remain calm in stressful situations
A results-driven person can apply
