Job Key Details:
- Manage and oversee the restaurant operations
- Ensure superior guest services are delivered
- Reply efficiently to customer questions as well as complaints
- Develop the overall restaurant marketing strategy to grow the business
- Recruit new employees as and when necessary
- Assist in training staff performance
- Promote a positive working environment
- The applicant must have a relevant Bachelors Degree
- At least 2+ years of experience in as a restaurant manager
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Must be familiar with restaurant management software
- Excellent financial management skills
- Good planning and organizing skills
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
- Must be critical thinker and problem solving skills
