Job Summary: Looking for a Restaurant Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Manage all aspects of the restaurant\'s operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
  • Ensure smooth daily operations, from opening to closing, while maintaining high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels to ensure efficient functioning
  • Recruit, train, and develop a skilled and motivated team for the restaurant
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, as well as performance evaluations to ensure team members excel in their roles
  • Promote a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine the menu, ensuring it meets customer preferences and aligns with the restaurant\'s concept
  • Maintain high food quality standards and consistency by conducting regular quality checks and providing feedback to the kitchen staff
  • Monitor the dining area to ensure a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for guests
  • Manage budgets, expenses, as well as revenue targets, taking appropriate actions to achieve financial goals while maintaining cost control
  • Monitor and analyze financial reports to make informed decisions and implement strategies to optimize profitability
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, both in the kitchen and dining areas
  • Implement and enforce proper food handling, storage, and hygiene practices
  • Conduct any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • The applicant must have relevant qualifications with proven experience working as restaurant manager
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Must have a strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards
  • Must have a business-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving financial goals
