Job Description

A natural leader, you are responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while leading service on the floor. Location: Souk Al Bahr, Dubai Mall Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage outlets
- Aid in all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability
- Ensuring staff complies with company policies
- Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
- Maintaining safety and food quality standards
- Coordinating daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
- Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
- Interacting with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels
- Coordinate and comply with landlord/Emaar requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 -3 years' of full-service restaurant management
- Prefer candidates having experience with Seafood/Sushi Restaurants with Fresh Fish display.
- Experience in restaurant with at least 200 covers.
- Russian or Arabic Speaking.
- Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Strong customer service and team working skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
