Supervise day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage outlets
Aid in all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability
Ensuring staff complies with company policies
Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
Maintaining safety and food quality standards
Coordinating daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
Interacting with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels
Coordinate and comply with landlord/Emaar requirements
Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 -3 years' of full-service restaurant management
Prefer candidates having experience with Seafood/Sushi Restaurants with Fresh Fish display.
Experience in restaurant with at least 200 covers.
Russian or Arabic Speaking.
Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Strong customer service and team working skills.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
