Managed all aspects of the restaurant operation, including suppliers, staffing level training and developing customer service and monitored practices and key performance indicators. Forecasted budget and sales projections, according to market trends and adapted promotions and incentives to achieve targets set by the company.ResponsibilitiesSet and execute sales performance goals to increase profitabilityHire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performanceMaintain orderly, presentable appearance of the storeOversee stock and store operationsWork closely with sales and marketing team with regards to building the brand, reaching out and targeting the customers.Reported directly to the management for any action plan.At least 4 different equipment's must be verified daily and details recorded.Verify the supplier's Food Safety Performance.QualificationsHigh school education or equivalent experience2+ years store management experience with US chains (Burger King, MacDonald's)Customer centric with a positive attitudeFood Hygiene and Safety certificate.Person in Charge (PIC) or similar certificate from Dubai Municipality. Driving license is a plus
