We are on the lookout for a Restaurant Manager with experience in Quick Service Restaurants for clients into the Healthy food industry. Reporting to the Restaurant Area Manager, s/he will be in charge of the entire business activities of the branch. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the business performance of the restaurant as well as maintaining high standards of food, service, and health and safety. S/he will also be responsible for combining strategic planning and day-to-day management activities such as shift pattern organization. Professional Requirements: Bachelor's Degree/Equivalent. Premium or QSR restaurant management experience of a minimum of 5 to 6 years, with full knowledge and understanding of restaurant operations.
