JOB DESCRIPTION
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for front-end management to direct & oversee all activities of a restaurant in accordance with standardized policies in order to provide efficient, friendly services & profitable operations. Must be passionate, fun, positive & results-oriented, a great leader ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle all staffing responsibilities
- Supervise staff in terms of mise-en-place, preparations, customer service, cleaning & repairs to restaurant & grounds.
- Be proactive in reaching our Company goals in sales, service, appearance; while creating a positive, fun & productive working environment.
- Promote cooperative effort, a team spirit & good morale among employees.
- Establish performance expectations, periodically appraises performance against expectations, & provides ongoing feedback, reward & redirections.
- When necessary, address performance issues & complaints & devise a plan of action to resolve the issues.
- Create a positive team atmosphere among Team Members.
- Set high standards for appropriate team behavior on shift.
- Provides feedback & coaching to the Team regularly.
- Treat all Team Members fairly, with respect
- Restaurant Manager: 3 years (Required)
