Qualifications: Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, or similar role for at least 2-3 years Excellent English communication skills both in speaking and writing Good organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and ensure that all duties are completed in a timely manner Great personal hygiene and grooming standards Restaurant Manager Ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards. Ensures customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience. Handles customer complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner. Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction Deliver a high-quality menu and motivate staffs to provide excellent customer service Oversees food preparation for dine in and deliveries Ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards Organize and supervise shifts Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations Manage restaurant's good image and suggest ways to improve it Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations Job Types: Full-time, Contract
