A leading hospitality group in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced
Restaurant Manager
to oversee operations and lead the team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The role requires a strong background in restaurant management within the UAE, with proven leadership and operational expertise.Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve service excellence. Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards. Manage budgets, costs, and inventory effectively. Monitor guest satisfaction and handle escalated customer concerns. Drive sales and profitability while maintaining brand standards. Prepare and analyze reports on performance, costs, and sales.
Requirements
Minimum
6-8 years of overall hospitality/restaurant management experience
. At least3 years in a Restaurant Manager role within the UAE
. Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and F&B best practices. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be currently based in the UAE.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 per month
