Job Summary: Looking for a Restaurant Manager in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Assist in planning and updating menus
Maintain a meticulous record of income and expenses
Oversee stock levels and order supplies
Recruit, train and supervise staff
Prepare staff rotas and assign duties
Communicate with customers to receive feedback and manage complaints
Maintain statistical and financial records
Prepare and present sales reports
Set targets for the staff members
Assist in promoting and marketing the business
Improve profitability through making improvements to the running of the business

Job Qualifications and Experience

Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or a related course
Practical experience in the same or similar position required
Strong team management skills required
Good track record in meeting set targets
Must be a good communicator
