Manage, operate and supervise all activities of assigned department (e.g. F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office...).



Ensure 4-star service, bringing satisfaction to customers.



Develop work plans, assign, train and evaluate staff in the department.



Track costs, revenue, prepare periodic reports, optimize operating budget.



Resolve customer issues and complaints quickly and professionally.



Propose process improvements, enhance service quality and operational efficiency.



Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, fire prevention and fighting regulations, and resort standards.

Job Requirements





Education: College/University graduate majoring in Hotel Management, Tourism, Restaurant - Hotel or related field.



Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory/management position in a 3-4 star hotel or resort or higher.



Professional skills:


Understand 4-star hotel service standards. Ability to manage teams, arrange shifts, and train staff. Ability to handle customer situations and complaints flexibly and skillfully. Proficient in office software and hotel management software (PMS).
