Job Requirements
Education: College/University graduate majoring in Hotel Management, Tourism, Restaurant - Hotel or related field.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory/management position in a 3-4 star hotel or resort or higher.
Professional skills:
Understand 4-star hotel service standards.
Ability to manage teams, arrange shifts, and train staff.
Ability to handle customer situations and complaints flexibly and skillfully.
Proficient in office software and hotel management software (PMS).
