We're looking for a motivated Branch Supervisor to take charge of daily restaurant operations and lead a high-performing team. If you're passionate about hospitality, thrive under pressure, and know how to bring out the best in people, this role is for you!
What You'll Do
Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences Oversee daily branch operations: scheduling, service quality, and cash handling Manage inventory, minimize wastage, and keep things running smoothly Handle customer feedback with professionalism and drive service improvements Support, train, and coach staff to achieve peak performance Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance standards are always met
What We're Looking For
3-5 years' experience in F&B/restaurant operations, with 2+ years in a supervisory role Strong leadership and people management skills Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving ability Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with fast-paced environments Proficient in MS Office and POS systems
