DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Maintenance Coordination:
Monitor and manage daily maintenance requests from restaurant teams.
Schedule and supervise preventive maintenance activities for equipment and infrastructure.
Coordinate with external service providers for repair and maintenance work.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, costs, and service reports.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians across restaurant locations.
2. Project Management:
Assist in planning and execution of renovation, refurbishment, and new store setup projects.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
Prepare project status reports and escalate issues as needed.
3. Vendor & Asset Management:
Maintain a database of approved vendors and service providers.
Negotiate contracts and service agreements with vendors. Track asset inventory and ensure proper documentation of equipment and fixtures.
Assist in preparing maintenance and project budgets.
Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
Review and verify invoices related to maintenance and project work.
4. Record Keeping and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, costs, and equipment history. Generate reports on maintenance performance, downtime, and ongoing issues for senior management.
5. Emergency Response and Troubleshooting:
Respond to emergency breakdowns promptly, minimizing downtime and production disruptions. Lead troubleshooting efforts to identify root causes and implement long-term corrective actions.
