Junior Project Coordinator cum Planner - Maintenance & Construction experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise the works day to day basis as per the work program o Ensure that the construction work is accomplished in accordance with the technical specifications o Project coordination, planning, interaction with clients for collection of Developing and maintained project schedules using Microsoft Excel, ensuring timely project delivery and efficient resource management. Extracting quantities from CAD drawings to support BOQ preparation and develop a practical understanding of measurements. Assisting site teams in tracking material usage and verifying quantities for cost control. Support tender processes by organizing subcontractor data and learning basic contract evaluation. Monitoring project budgets and tracked costs, preparing detailed reports to ensure financial control and project efficiency. Managing procurement processes, coordinating material deliveries to align with project timelines and requirements. Assisting in subcontractor selection, contract management, and performance monitoring to ensure compliance with specifications. Preparing and submitted variation claims, cost estimates, and progress reports, ensuring alignment with contract terms and quality standards

Qualitification:

Bachelors degree in relevant field

6 months to 2years UAE experience must

Good communication skill

Construction and Maintenance company UAE experience

Salary - 3500AED to 4500AED (depending upon experience)

Location - Dubai

Preferably candidates who can join immediately

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
