to lead our team and ensure smooth operations.

The Person In Charge will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering an outstanding dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and high-quality service.
Manage, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Maintain excellent standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on restaurant performance.
Implement marketing promotions and initiatives to drive sales.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a restaurant, preferably pizza or fast-casual dining.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree holder or equivalent; diploma/certificate in hospitality or culinary management is a plus.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
