to oversee and manage all store operations, inventory control, and material handling for our ongoing projects. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and previous experience managing construction or industrial materials.
This is a key role within the operations team, ensuring materials are tracked, stocked, and delivered efficiently to support project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials
Maintain accurate records of stock levels and inventory transactions
Ensure all materials are properly labeled and stored according to safety standards
Coordinate with the procurement and project teams to ensure timely availability of materials
Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile with the inventory management system
Monitor the movement of materials and tools in and out of the store
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to stock levels and consumption
Maintain cleanliness and order in the store area
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Storekeeper or Store In-Charge, preferably in the construction or engineering field
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Excel
Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
Ability to manage stock for multiple projects simultaneously
Must have a
valid QID
and be able to provide a
NOC
Immediate availability

Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
Basic knowledge of safety regulations related to material storage and handling
