Accor Dubai is seeking a warm, attentive, and guest-focused Restaurant Host to join our dynamic food and beverage team. As the first point of contact for our diners, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for every guest. What You'll Do

• Greet and escort guests to their tables with genuine warmth and professionalism
• Maintain a high standard of presentation, grooming, and interpersonal interaction
• Take guest reservations, manage waitlists, and coordinate table seating efficiently
• Ensure guest satisfaction from arrival to departure by anticipating and addressing needs
• Assist the restaurant manager and service team with daily operations and guest communication
• Promote menu knowledge, special promotions, and handle guest inquiries with clarity
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless service delivery
• Monitor cleanliness and readiness of the dining area and entryway at all times
• Participate in regular briefings and trainings related to service, safety, and hygiene standards
• Maintain accurate guest records, hand over business cards, and support guest loyalty efforts
• Log all guest concerns or special occasions to support personalized service
• Adhere to Accor's safety, hygiene, fire, and emergency protocols

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality-related field
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
• Previous experience in a hotel or upscale restaurant preferred
• Well-groomed, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and reservation platforms
• Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
