F&B Service Attendant - Guest Dining and Hospitality Support (Accor Dubai)
Role Summary
Accor Dubai is hiring a dedicated F&B Service Attendant to deliver exceptional dining service and support seamless guest experiences across our restaurants and events. This full-time role is suited for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in fast-paced environments, and are eager to contribute to a guest-first culture. You will serve meals, handle guest requests, and assist with setup and cleanliness while upholding the highest standards of service.

Key Job Duties

• Greet guests warmly and serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently
• Take orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen or bar staff
• Maintain clean, organized service and dining areas throughout the shift
• Prepare tables for dining and assist in setup for banquets or special events
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a courteous and timely manner
• Promote daily specials and upsell menu items when appropriate
• Operate POS systems and manage payment transactions
• Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
• Participate in training programs, briefings, and continuous learning sessions
• Collaborate with team members across departments for smooth service delivery
• Provide input on menu items and guest preferences
• Help onboard and guide new team members as needed

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in F&B service or hospitality preferred but not mandatory
• Good communication skills and customer service attitude
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage items and service etiquette
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on shift needs
• Team player with a polished, professional appearance and work ethic
