Hotel Driver - Guest Transportation and Support Services (Accor Dubai)
Position Overview
Accor is currently seeking a professional Hotel Driver to provide reliable and courteous transportation services for guests and support hotel operations in Dubai. In this full-time role, you will handle scheduled guest transfers, assist with luggage, maintain vehicle safety standards, and serve as a knowledgeable representative of the hotel. This position requires excellent driving skills, guest service focus, and a good understanding of local routes.

Core Duties

• Transport hotel guests to and from assigned locations in a timely, safe, and professional manner
• Assist guests with luggage handling and ensure a warm welcome and farewell experience
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness
• Refuel vehicles and report service needs or safety concerns to supervisors
• Complete logs, trip sheets, and incident reports as required
• Educate passengers about local landmarks, destinations, and hotel services when appropriate
• Follow UAE traffic rules and hotel safety policies
• Support concierge and front office with coordination of guest movements and VIP arrivals
• Remain updated on hotel occupancy, functions, groups, and scheduled activities
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance and consistently positive attitude
• Provide assistance across other departments when not assigned to transport duties

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or vocational qualification in hospitality or related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a hotel driver or in guest transport at a 4- or 5-star hotel
• Familiarity with Dubai roads, landmarks, and navigation tools
• Valid UAE driver's license with clean driving record
• Good communication skills and guest service etiquette
• Organized, punctual, and able to handle guest complaints or special requests professionally
• Willingness to support other departments and flexible working hours including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of vehicle safety protocols and basic maintenance procedures
