We are currently working with a well-established company to find them a talented Restaurant Manager for a gastro pub style venue.
The following experience, skills and attributes are required:
- Currently experience at Restaurant Manager level in a good branded restaurant group or pub style environment
- Dubai or at least Gulf experience is required
- Strong, inspiring team manager with good communication skills
- Guest focused, very hospitable and will be the face-of-the-place
- English as a first language is preferred
- Good financial knowledge, able to control costs and work to budgets
- Able to drive sales & the business forwards in a competitive environment
- High standards and levels of service \xe2\x80\x93 able to create great working environment
