Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
Supervise and support front-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service
Coordinate with the kitchen to maintain food quality and service standards
Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste
Monitor and enforce hygiene and safety standards
Handle customer complaints or feedback professionally
Assist in staff recruitment, training, and development
Ensure the restaurant is always prepared for peak hours
Maintain and update POS system records and generate basic reports
Work with management to optimize restaurant efficiency and profitability
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a
Restaurant Manager
,
Floor Manager
, or
Assistant Restaurant Manager
Proven ability to manage staff, inventory, and daily restaurant operations
Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
Ability to perform well under pressure, particularly during peak hours
Proficiency with
POS systems
and basic reporting tools
Knowledge of restaurant operations, safety protocols, and guest relations
Experience working in the UAE restaurant industry is preferred
Preferred Skills:
Leadership and team management experience
Knowledge of inventory and cost control methods
Familiarity with restaurant service and guest expectations in the UAE market
