to lead the front of house team and ensure smooth operations in our Italian fine dining restaurant.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage floor staff (waiters, hosts, cashiers).
Ensure excellent guest service and support a premium dining experience.
Coordinate with kitchen to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
Resolve guest complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Monitor attendance and prepare daily staff schedules.
Train new staff on service standards and procedures.
Support promotions and contribute to increasing sales.
Prepare floor performance and customer feedback reports.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or similar field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management,
including 2 years in an Italian or fine dining concept
.
Fluent in English (Italian or Arabic is an advantage).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good knowledge of floor operations, food & beverage service standards.
Basic computer skills and experience using POS systems.
