Responsibilities: .Manage and lead a team of servers, hosts, and bussers to provide excellent customer service .Ensure smooth and efficient operations on the restaurant floor .Train and develop staff to maintain high standards of service .Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area .Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner .Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks .Manage inventory and supplies to meet operational needs .Implement and enforce restaurant policies and procedures .Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales Qualifications: .2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry .Strong leadership and communication skills .Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously .Knowledge of food and beverage operations .Excellent customer service skills .Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems .Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays .Food safety certification is a plus Please send your resume/CV
