Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and customer-friendly Cashier to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should have experience handling transactions, managing online orders, and ensuring smooth front-end operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and process orders efficiently
Handle cash, card, and digital payments securely
Manage and coordinate online orders from delivery platforms (Talabat, Zomato, etc.)
Ensure timely order processing and communicate with the kitchen team
Maintain accurate transaction records and generate daily sales reports
Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift
Assist customers with inquiries, refunds, and billing concerns
Maintain a clean and organized cashier counter
Requirements:
Should have own visa
Previous experience as a cashier in a restaurant or retail setting preferred
Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems and online order management
Strong communication and math skills
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and work in a fast-paced environment
A friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude
