Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier cum Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer orders, process payments, and ensure a pleasant dining experience. This dual-role position requires excellent communication skills, accuracy in handling transactions, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally Handle billing and process cash, credit card, and other payments accurately Issue receipts and return correct change when handling cash transactions Maintain cleanliness of dining area and cashier counter Answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a polite and timely manner Assist in setting up and clearing tables Ensure compliance with health and safety standards Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
Requirements:

Previous experience in cashiering and/or food service preferred Basic math and computer skills (POS system knowledge is an advantage) Excellent customer service and communication skills Presentable, polite, and well-groomed Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Team player with a positive attitude
