Job Description
We are looking for a
female Cashier cum Waitress
to join our dessert shop team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience handling cash transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere in the shop.Responsibilities:
Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take and process customer orders accurately. Handle cash, card, and online payments efficiently using POS systems. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and shop area. Assist in serving desserts, beverages, and other menu items. Ensure customer satisfaction and handle inquiries or complaints politely. Support the daily operations and coordinate with the kitchen staff. Monitor inventory for front counter items and notify management when restocking is needed.
Requirements:
Must have own Freelance Visa (mandatory).
Female candidates only.
Proven experience as aCashier or Waitress
(preferably in a dessert shop, cafe, or bakery). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic math and POS handling skills. Presentable, polite, and customer-focused personality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team. Flexible with working hours, including weekends or holidays if required.Benefits:
