Restaurant Captain
to supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent guest service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, good communication, and the ability to guide the service team efficiently.Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead waiters and service staff during shifts. Ensure smooth restaurant operations and high-quality service. Greet guests, handle special requests, and resolve customer concerns. Assign table sections to waiters and monitor service performance. Ensure tables are properly set and dining areas are clean and organized. Check food presentation and service standards before serving. Coordinate closely with kitchen staff for accurate order delivery. Conduct daily briefings with the team and share menu updates or promotions. Train new waiters and support staff when required. Follow and enforce hygiene, safety, and company service standards.
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Captain or Senior Waiter. Strong communication and leadership skills. Good knowledge of food and beverage service. Ability to manage a team and handle peak hours efficiently. Presentable, customer-focused, and able to multitask. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
