Atlantis The Royal is seeking a highly skilled and service-driven Restaurant Captain to join the award-winning team at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal. In this role, you will assist the Restaurant Assistant Manager in ensuring that guests receive an exceptional fine-dining experience marked by precision, warmth, and elegance. You will supervise service delivery, mentor junior staff, and uphold Heston's signature service standards while showcasing an in-depth understanding of the restaurant's culinary and beverage offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Assistant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service flow.
• Maintain Heston Blumenthal's service standards and ensure all staff deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Supervise and train the service team, conducting briefings and coaching sessions to enhance performance.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and handle complaints with professionalism and discretion.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of the food and beverage menu, offering tailored recommendations to guests.
• Coordinate with the culinary and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and grooming standards in compliance with resort policies.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest preferences, and operational reports.

Ideal Profile

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or Captain role.
• Proven track record in fine dining or celebrity-chef-branded restaurants.
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills in high-paced environments.
• Deep understanding of British dining culture, service etiquette, and gastronomy.
• Warm, approachable personality with an unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Proficient in restaurant systems and fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
