Restaurant Captain
Job Description
Alira Restaurant, an upscale International Fusion dining destination, is looking for an experienced Restaurant Captain to join our professional front-of-house team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring exceptional guest experience and smooth service operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise waiters and service staff during shifts
Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction
Coordinate table assignments with the Hostess
Handle guest requests and resolve complaints professionally
Maintain smooth service flow during peak hours
Support upselling and service quality improvement
Ensure staff appearance and service standards are met
Requirements
Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Captain or Senior Waiter
Previous experience in upscale or fine dining restaurants
Strong communication and leadership skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to work under pressure
Good command of English (preferred)
Commitment and reliability
Working Hours
6 days per week
Rotational shifts
Availability during peak hours is required
