Our client is an upscale casual restaurant based in Dubai are looking for a Restaurant & Bar Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar.
Ensure efficient workflow and maintain high standards of service.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Foster a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with chefs and bartenders to develop innovative menus that appeal to target clientele.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Coordinate promotional events, happy hours, and special offers to drive sales.
Utilize social media and other marketing channels to increase visibility and engagement.
