Job Purpose & Responsibilities Administrate the residential buildings. Working with resident, parents and staff to provide resident with a safe, clean and structured living environment that fosters resident retention, satisfaction, achievement and success. Oversee respective dorm area and uses proper judgment and discretion in allotments of rooms to the students. Maintain resident\xe2\x80\x99s data and keep a record for all residents. Actively participate in parents\xe2\x80\x99 concerns while admission and responds to their concerns, ensure each apartment are well maintained, cleaned during the residency and after the resident depart, prepare the rooms for new joiners. Ensure resident know the rules and regulation of residential halls to abide by the same while they stay and enjoy the student\xe2\x80\x99s life in the residential halls.
