Key Responsibilities
Greet residents and guests warmly and provide courteous assistance
Address tenant inquiries regarding common areas and residential facilities
Maintain registers for visitors, tenants, keys, and service providers
Oversee lobby presentation and cleanliness, including daily inspections
Assist with guest authorization and manage visitor access processes
Coordinate with property management, security, and service teams to resolve issues
Support logistics such as luggage trolley availability and facility navigation
Keep community notice boards updated with relevant information
Skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
Presentable and professional demeanor with strong organizational abilities
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude
Qualifications
Minimum tertiary education; degree or diploma preferred
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within upscale residential properties
Courses related to customer service are advantageous
