JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Concierges/ Receptionist work in luxury apartment buildings, assistant living facilities and senior living communities that offer personalized services and amenities. A basic function of the apartment concierge is to provide a friendly greeting to residents and guests when they enter or exit. Getting to know the names of residents is especially important to providing quality personalized service. Additionally, concierges often greet guests of residents and may have to get resident approval before sending up an unknown guest or visitor.
