Resident Engineer
Job Description
Looking for a Resident engineer, to handle the construction supervision of luxury villas in Dubai, the candidate must have the following requirement below;
- minimum 7 years of experience in UAE
- Civil & Fitout experience for luxury projects
- Able to control the quality of works, conduct inspections and monitor progress
- review submittals, and coordinate the engineering reviews with the team.
- Review and manage variations. As well as negotiating on behalf of employers.
- Architect with the above experience is a plus.
- evaluate completed works and certify contractor's invoices.
